Issued shares, financial services and disclosure thresholds

The number of issued KBC Ancora shares is 78,301,314. Each share entitles the holder to one vote. No financial instruments have been issued that could result in the issue of new shares. The financial services are provided by KBC Bank SA and CBC Banque SA.

Belgian law requires the disclosure of equity holdings in listed firms where the stake in question amounts to 5% (or multiples of that percentage). Additionally KBC Ancora’s Articles of Association specify a duty of disclosure for an equity holding of 1% and 3%.

KBC Ancora shares are listed on the continuous market of NYSE Euronext Brussels. KBC Securities and Petercam have registered with NYSE Euronext Brussels as liquidity providers for KBC Ancora shares.
