The Extraordinary General Meeting of KBC Ancora of October 30, 2020 authorized KBC Ancora's statutory director, Almancora Société de Gestion, to repurchase its own shares during a period of 5 years (cfr. art. 9 of the articles of association).
The Board of Directors of the statutory director, decided on May 20, 2022 to implement a repurchase program in the amount of 50 million euros, starting on June 10, 2022.
The repurchase program ended on March 13, 2023.
The global overview of the current repurchase program is shown in the attached document. A total of 1,289,470 treasury shares were repurchased for a total amount of 50 million euros.
