Luc Vandecatseye (born 1954) obtained a degree in Agricultural Engineering at Ghent University (RUG).
Until 31 January 2019, Luc Vandecatseye worked as an administrator in the Budget Unit of the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development at the European Commission.
He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cera Société de gestion with effect from 29 April 2016, and since 21 June 2019 has been a member of the Board of Directors of Almancora Société de gestion.
