Philippe Vanclooster (°1963) holds a master's degree in Law (RUG), a master's degree in Economic Law (ULB) and a graduate degree in Fiscal Sciences (Ehsal).
He was a Tax Partner at PwC from 2000 to 2020 and a member of the Board of Directors of the IAB from 2016 to 2020. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Tax Consultants and Accountants (ITAA), Chairman of the Tax Cell of the ITAA, Chairman of the Professional Affairs Committee of CFE and a director of CFE -Tax Advisors.
He was appointed as an independent director of Almancora Société de gestion SA on November 26, 2021. Since January 28, 2022, he has been chairman of the Audit Committee.
