The Board of Directors of Almancora Société de gestion SA, statutory manager of KBC Ancora SCA, has appointed Katelijn Callewaert as the new chairman and Jules Stuyck as a new independent director of Almancora Société de gestion. These appointments mean the replacement of Cynthia Van Hulle, permanent representative of Van Hulle & Cie SCS, who has completed the maximum permitted term of 12 years as an independent director.
