KBC Ancora has received a transparency notification dated 2 August 2016 indicating that Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, controlled by Mr Edoardo Mercadante, by virtue of acquisition or transfer of shares, now holds 1.27% of the voting rights of the company, and has therefore surpassed the notification threshold of 1%.
